国内で増加しすぎた鹿やイノシシの問題について、これまでは狩猟によって数を減らし、肉をジビエとして活用してきました。しかし、具体的なデータがなく、いつどこでどれだけの頭数を駆除したのか把握することができませんでした。

そこで、罠にセンサーを取り付け、捕獲した頭数や種類をデータ化し、日本国内のマップ上で可視化するシステムを開発することになりました。これにより、どの地域でどのように捕獲が行われているかを把握することができます。

さらに、各食肉処理施設では、捕獲された動物の肉を部位ごとに処理し、食肉としてどこにどれだけ配送されたかをトレースするためのウェブアプリのUX（ユーザーエクスペリエンス）とUI（ユーザーインターフェース）の設計を担当しています。

We have been addressing the issue of excessive deer and wild boar population in Japan through hunting and utilizing their meat as game. However, without accurate data, we lacked information on when, where, and how many animals were being culled.
